Fabian Sires

Fabian Sires is a Director at Alter Domus Luxembourg

During the past years, Fabian was is leading a group providing accounting, tax and corporate services to Private Equity & Infrastructure clients. He wasis responsible for and oversees all aspects of the life of the companies he manageds: coordination when setting up the entity and of the restructuring whereby the company might be involved, corporate and accounting issues and the liquidation at the end of the life of the company. 

Since 2017, he is responsible for the launch and successful integration of the Legal Support Services within the operational teams in Luxembourg and roll out in other jurisdictions.

Before joining Alter Domus Luxembourg in 2001, Fabian started his career with PwC Luxembourg in 1999 as an Advisor. 

Fabian holds a Bachelor Degree in accounting and tax obtained in Belgium.
