Within the framework of the new Luxembourg Standard Chart of Accounts defined by the "Règlement Grand Ducal" dated June 10th, 2009, Alter Domus has developped, on one hand, unofficials english and german translations of the Standard Chart of Accounts ("tools") and, on the other hand, a training program about the application of this new Standard.

This web-based tool gives our clients, their service providers and partners an opportunity to have access to all corporate documents regarding holding companies. Documents relating to legal, administrative, accounting and tax compliance aspects are properly indexed and electronically filed so that they can easily be found, viewed and downloaded in PDF Format. Based on a high security registration, the extranet system complies fully with existing document management standards, and provides a highly secure and automated document distribution process.
