Darren O'Banion
Darren O'Banion is Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to his position as Chief Technology Officer, Darren was Managing Director and CTO of Cortland Capital Market Services LLC (“Cortland”) responsible for architecting and implementing analytical and technology client solutions.
Applying the last 15 years of his career focused on credit and private equity funds, collateralized loan obligations (CLO), and asset-backed securities (ABS), Darren is a highly accomplished leader in the alternative and structured finance markets. Before joining Cortland, Darren headed analytics and technology for ABN AMRO’s LaSalle Bank Global CDO and CLO securitization trust unit. Over the course of his career Darren has overseen the modelling and reporting of payment distributions and portfolio compliance for over 400 CLO, CDO, and CRE-CDO structures in the U.S. and Europe.
Darren graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
