Ekta Singh-Bushell
Ekta Singh-Bushell is a member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Strategy Committee.
Ekta joined Alter Domus in August 2021 and also serves on global public, private and private equity boards, bringing diverse global management experience and expertise in financial, digital and technology, cybersecurity and risk operations.
Previously, Ekta served as COO, Executive Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Prior to that, Ekta was a senior managing partner with EY, leading transformations across multiple industries impacted by digital, technology, data and cyber.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Cranfield University nominated Ekta to their 2017 Female FTSE Board Index: 100 Women to Watch and Directors & Boards to their 2017 Year-End list. The Council of Urban Professionals (CUP) recognized her contributions with an award Catalyst: Change Agent 2013.
Ekta’s academic qualifications range from Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and from Certified Information Systems Auditor to Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Info Technology. She is deeply skilled in the science of governance, relationships and executive leadership effectiveness, and has attended programs at Harvard, Kellogg, INSEAD, and Singapore Management University.
Ekta has a Master’s in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor’s of Engineering from University of Poona, India.
