George Rologis is Chief Corporate Development Officer.

George has been with Alter Domus since 2009 and has served in numerous roles. Initially setting up and heading the Cyprus office, heading the Private Equity segment for the Group, and more recently as Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Strategy and EMEA.

Today, George is Chief Corporate Development Officer. George has been a member of the Group Executive Board (previously the International Board) since 2011.

George began his professional career in London with Credit Suisse First Boston in the European M&A Group, working predominantly with financial sponsors on European buyouts. He subsequently spent time with JPMorgan’s M&A team working on M&A and Capital Market transactions in the Financial Institutions and Consumer Products sectors.

Post MBA, George remained in London and joined the Private Equity world with Compass Partners International LLP, a European LBO fund focusing on investments in the Industrials and Services space, working with among others, companies like Flaktwoods Sarl, Elixia GmbH, and DBM Inc. Then, George joined Dubai International Capital’s Private Equity Team in London where he also focused on European LBOs. At DIC he shared his time between looking at new investments in the Healthcare, Services, and Industrials sectors and managing the current portfolio of assets like Mauser Gmbh and Travelodge Ltd.

George Rologis holds a BSc in Economics from the University College of London University and an MBA from the London Business School.
