Jessica Mead
Jessica Mead is Regional Executive North America and Member of the Group Executive Board.
Based in Chicago, Jessica joined Alter Domus in 2008 as General Counsel of Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, which was acquired by Alter Domus in 2018. Since then, Jessica was General Counsel for the Alter Domus Group and member of the Group Executive Board, responsible for group legal, risk and compliance. In September 2021 she took on an additional role as Interim Regional Executive North America, working directly with clients and leading the fund administration and debt capital markets business teams across the region.
Jessica has been a practicing attorney since 2003. Prior to joining Alter Domus/Cortland, she was responsible for managing the document review and closing process for Collateralized Loan Obligation transactions within LaSalle Bank’s Global Securities and Trust Services group. Before her work at LaSalle, Jessica focused her practice in consumer and securities class action litigation.
Jessica graduated cum laude from Coe College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Political Science and earned her J.D. with honours from Drake University Law School. Jessica is a member of the Illinois Bar.
