Joanna Anderson
Joanna Anderson is Head of Agency, Successor & Turnaround, North America.
Based in Austin, Texas, Joanna is a leader in the bank loan markets and a highly regarded expert with successor agency assignments. Prior to joining Alter Domus, Joanna founded and managed the syndicated bank loan agency business for Gleacher & Co. from inception through its acquisition by Cortland in 2013. Before launching the bank loan agency initiative for Gleacher, Joanna was a special situations analyst for Van Kampen Investments where she served on numerous lender steering committees and focused on distressed situations.
Previously, she worked for a turnaround and crisis management firm and prior to that she spent several years at a large financial institution in the Managed Assets Department, working on loan workouts and restructurings.
Joanna graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Finance.
