Juliana Ritchie

Based in the company’s London office, Juliana is responsible for Alter Domus' debt capital markets sales teams. Juliana has over 20 years of experience working with asset managers and commercial lenders in structured finance, commercial real estate, private funds, and related sectors. A recognized industry leader, Juliana chairs and is a member of many financial organisations. Prior to joining Alter Domus, Juliana was the co-founder and Senior Vice President of ABN AMRO’s LaSalle Bank Global Securities and Trust Services – Europe (ABN sold business to RBS and BofA in 2008). Juliana started her professional career at DTZ, where she qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1995. 

Juliana holds a BSc (Hons) Estate Management from the University of Westminster.
