Laurent Fudvoye
Laurent Fudvoye is Director, Debt Capital Markets, Europe.
Based in Luxembourg, Laurent has been with Alter Domus since October 2010. Prior to joining Alter Domus’ Debt Fund Administration services at inception in 2014, his portfolio was essentially composed of Private Equity clients.
Over the last years, Laurent led an operational team of around 20+ specialist staff focusing on the fund and SPV administration of private debt managers investing directly or indirectly in debt assets through various underlying strategies. He also sits on the board of several Luxembourgish private debt entities. He is now responsible for strengthening our DCM European offering and is acting as relationship manager for DCM clients.
Laurent's academic credentials include a master’s degree in Management Sciences from HEC ULg, Management School of University of Liège.
