Maximilien Dambax

Maximilien joined in 2008. He currently leads the fund and corporate services products globally and oversees Alter Domus Operating Models alongside regional operations leaders.

Previously, Maximilien led the North America fund services practice across the various segments and was also part of the North America client acceptance committee.

Prior to that, he was Director at Alter Domus Luxembourg. There, Maximilien successfully launched and led the debt fund services at the group level. He was also an active member of the Securitisation Task Force and the IFRS desk, providing both internal and external training.

Before joining Alter Domus, Maximilien was an auditor at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg. He worked primarily on the audit engagement of significant private equity and real estate players, where he led statutory audits of private equity real estate funds, debt funds, securitisation vehicles and holding structures, including the audit of consolidated accounts under LUX GAAP and IFRS of private and listed companies.

Maximilien also was the co-chairman of the Distressed Assets working group at ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry), and was a member of the Debt Funds working group at LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association). He regularly publishes articles on Fund Administration for Alternative Assets.
