Michael Gregori
Michael Gregori is a Managing Director and the Real Estate Operational Leader, North America.
Michael joined Alter Domus in 2018 and is located in Chicago, where he is responsible for the firm’s North America (NA) real estate operations and associated with overall client service delivery quality.
Michael began his career in 1997 at Heitman and most recently served as a Senior Vice President and the Director of Heitman’s NA Investor Accounting group. There he led a 70+ staff team that were responsible for financial reporting and analysis, property operations, property/debt valuations, performance/valuation analysis, and direct asset management support for a number of real estate private equity commingled funds, separate accounts and debt investment funds.
Michael has a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is part of the Alter Domus North America Leadership Group and an active member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.
