Nathan Rees

Within his role, Nathan leads systems integration and implementation initiatives within Funds. As co-founder of Strata, which became part of Alter Domus in 2021, Nate also provides oversight to establish a cohesive culture and operational excellence across all fund services teams in North America.

Nate started his career in the fund industry in 2003. He co-founded Strata in 2008. Over the history of Strata, Nate has taken on many roles within the organization from leading client teams, business development, human resources and most recently working with the technology and operations of the firm.

Nate began his work as an auditor at KPMG. During his time there he focused primarily on audits of funds and other companies, both public and private.

Nate received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration at the University of Utah. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
