Nina Kleinbongartz

Nina joined Alter Domus in September 2021 and is Fund Services Director in Luxembourg.

With more than 16 years of experience in the Luxembourg funds industry, Nina has extensive regulatory understanding and knowledge.

Before joining Alter Domus, Nina has led the Alternative Investment Services Team at J.P. Morgan Luxembourg. In her role, Nina was responsible for the operational service platform of alternative funds in Luxembourg. 

Prior to that, Nina was Director at Sanne Group where she was responsible for private equity services and held a number of board positions in regulated entities. Nina also worked at Citibank as product manager for alternative investment fund services. Initially based in Frankfurt, Nina then transferred to Luxembourg  where she helped develop Citibank’s alternative investment fund business. Nina began her career in the funds industry in Jersey (Channel Islands) where she held various positions during her six years there, mainly with Barclays International Funds.

Nina holds a bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Finance and the UK Securities Institute Certificates in Investment Advice. She speaks German, Luxembourgish and English.
