Paul-Arnaud de Stexhe

Paul-Arnaud is Director in the Fund Services department where he leads a team of PERE specialists. He re-joined Alter Domus in January 2016. Prior to this, Paul-Arnaud spent 3 years running his own company, an independent audit company based in Luxembourg, where he was Director. Previous to this role, he worked at Alter Domus from 2010-2012 in the Corporate and Management Services department, essentially managing a portfolio of alternative assets clients.

Before joining Alter Domus, Paul-Arnaud was a Manager in the Assurance Department of Ernst & Young Luxembourg. He specialised in the audit of commercial and industrial companies where his main clients were international groups or subsidiaries of them, operating in the following sectors: CRM, IT-services, distribution, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, private equity companies and holdings. Paul-Arnaud has led audits of statutory and consolidated financial statements under Lux GAAP and IFRS. He also worked on due diligences within the framework of initial public offerings and M&A.

Paul-Arnaud’s academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Financial Sciences, and a MBA from the VlerickLeuven Ghent Management School, Belgium. He is a Réviseurd’Entreprisesand a Chartered Accountant.
