Ramzi Oueslati
Ramzi Oueslati is Management Company – Conducting Officer & Head of Risk Management.
Ramzi joined Alter Domus in November 2018 as Head of Risk Management at Alter Domus Management Company. Ramzi has over 13 years fund industry experience and prior to joining Alter Domus, he worked for RBC Investor & Treasury Services.
During his previous experience, Ramzi’s main areas of focus within RBC I&TS were the risk management of both AIF and UCITS funds as service provider for various Management Companies (AIFM, Chapter 15 and Super ManCo). He developed expertise in liquidity, market, counterparty and credit risks. He also carried out major projects such as IT risk system migrations and target operating models.
Ramzi has a degree in Applied Mathematics from the Facultés des Sciences d’Aix-en-Provence, France.
