Sander Van Der Fluit
Sander van der Fluit is Head of Governance and Regulatory Services.
Sander joined Alter Domus in October 2015. A specialist in Transfer Pricing, Sander brings with him 14 years of professional experience within this area, particularly in the oil and gas industry. In addition, he has expertise in (bilateral) APAs, M&A negotiation and integration, and business (re)structuring and implementation.
Prior to joining Alter Domus, Sander spent 10 years working for Shell, most recently in the role of Senior Tax Advisor for LNG business, and earlier holding the positions of Transfer Pricing Lead Upstream and Advisor. Sander began his career at KPMG Meijburg & Co, attaining the title of Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant.
Sander attended the Vrije Universiteit van Amsterdam where he received his Bachelor and Master degrees with a specialisation in Business Economics for the Financial Sector. He also spent one year studying economics at l’Université de Paris XII, l’Ecole supérieure des affaires.
