Sharon Browne
Sharon is Head of Operations Lithuania.
Sharon joined Alter Domus in November 2018 and is currently reponsible for the development, oversight, management and operational efficiency of the teams in Lithuania, ensuring a top-class quality service to clients.
Prior to her current role, Sharon was Director of the Smart Sourcing Centre of Excellence in Malta, overseeing the delivery of quality client work and operational efficiencies for the Centre. She is responsible for leadership and oversight of the change management culture within Operations for the EMEA region, with a focus on automation implementation, the crystallisation of efficiency benefits and instilling the mindset of operational efficiency and optimisation in the region.
Sharon has 23 years’ experience working internationally in the financial services industry, specializing in operational efficiencies, team development and the growth of new business service lines. Prior to joining Alter Domus Sharon previously acted as a Director of regulated entities in three international financial centers.
Sharon qualified as an accountant through the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2002 and has held Fellowship status since 2007.
