Spencer Wells

Prior to joining Alter Domus in January 2012, Spencer worked for Ogier Fiduciary Services where he had responsibility for both Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. In this role Spencer was involved in all aspects of fund administration throughout the life cycle of a variety of funds and was a director of a number of regulated fund entities. Spencer is approved to act as Director in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

Spencer is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants with over 20 years experience in financial services. After qualifying in 2002, Spencer spent 2 years heading up the corporate administration team at SG Hambros in Jersey. Between 2002 and 2005 Spencer was a Director of Close Trust Company with responsibility for corporate and fund administration businesses in both Jersey and Guernsey.
