Stéphane Bourg

Stéphane is also head of the Operational Risk Committee, member of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Client Acceptance Committee. He was previously in charge of a dedicated team in Corporate and Services and Head of the Consolidation Department and IFRS Desk.

Before joining Alter Domus, at the end of 2006, Stéphane was audit senior manager at Ernst & Young in Luxembourg. He was the worldwide engagement leader for the audit of a listed company with more than 10.000 employees. He was the audit engagement leader of significant players on the Luxembourg market clients. He received the Ernst & Young IFRS accreditation.

Stéphane’s academic credentials include a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance and a Masters Degree in Financial Management and European area. Stéphane is also a certified independent auditor (“Réviseur d’Entreprises”) and a certified chartered accountant (“Expert Comptable”).
