Alter Domus Enhances Digital Transformation Journey through Strategic Partnership with NTT

Alter Domus and NTT Ltd. have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate Alter Domus’ innovation journey and enhance its digital workplace for all employees.

 

NTT, a world-leading global technology service company, will help bolster Alter Domus’ IT security systems and provide global, online service desk solutions to Alter Domus staff. The addition of “ServiceNow,” a leading cloud-based platform, will serve as the foundation of the new service desk capabilities and provide staff with rapid access to the full IT support portfolio. The partnership will also involve the transition to a new data center.

 

Several other transformation projects will progress over the coming months, including further enhancements to Alter Domus’ cloud adoption journey, and reinforcing its IT infrastructure with NTT’s broad technology offering.
