Accredited by the PECB (Professional Evaluation and Certification Board), this certification demonstrates that Alter Domus meets the requirements set out by the International Standards Organisation (ISO) pertaining to Information Security Management. These standards are described as a company’s ability to manage the security of assets such as financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted by third parties.

The scope of this ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification is as follows:

  • Processes and Services: ADConnect (Client Portal)
  • Organizational Units: IT Departments in Luxembourg (HQ)
  • Locations: Helios and Melius buildings in Luxembourg (HQ)
  • Networks and IT infrastructure: Data Center in Luxembourg

Stephane Bourg, Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, commented: "As a trusted financial services provider, we recognise the threat of cyber criminality and the damage it can do to our organisation. As it continues to become a larger risk area in vendor and client risk management, we’re proud to demonstrate to our clients and the broader industry that we have all necessary protections and controls in place. Congratulations to all teams involved and thank you to all employees for their ongoing vigilance which is a key component of this achievement."
