Finance Dublin: A Brave New World for Funds

Ross McCann, Head of Fund Services Ireland, recently sat down with Finance Dublin to discuss his views on Ireland’s new Investment Limited Partnership (ILP) fund structure, ESG, the Covid transition, technology, business development, private markets, long and short-term outlooks, and more.

This latest issue also highlights Alter Domus’ growing presence in Ireland, thanks to the addition of 100 new jobs at our centre of excellence in Cork. James McEvoy, Country Executive Ireland, says Alter Domus’ latest expansion is being driven by Ireland’s increasing importance as a gateway for investment in European private assets. According to James, organic growth has been strong at Alter Domus—having recruited 700 people globally in 2020—as we target significant further organic growth in 2021 riven largely by our expansion of services and capabilities in the Irish market.
