Our Madrid office is relocating within the city

To enhance our ability to service our Spanish clients we are pleased to announce that we will be relocating our Madrid office to a new address within the city.

As we continue to strengthen our local expertise by growing our skilled teams, we will be relocating to a larger office located on Calle de Goya 6.  The new office will be housed in a recently renovated classic 20th-century establishment and will enhance our capacity to provide high-quality services. Alter Domus Spain spans two offices in both Madrid and Barcelona. Our local teams are skilled in various asset classes and are especially well-versed in real estate PropCo projects.
