REFI US: Alter Domus Eyes US Real Estate Technology Expansion

Speaking with Real Estate Fund Intelligence (REFI US), Paul Woods, Regional Executive North America, explained that Alter Domus is looking to expand in the US and plans to provide clients with technology-enabled solutions, especially for those facing cost and operational pressure throughout the ongoing pandemic.

“We have invested significantly in technology solutions over the past 10 years. But more importantly, over the last few years, there’s been new technology that’s been available to all of us,” said Woods. “We were able to leverage that technology to make sure that we are best positioned to meet the needs of our clients, which have been evolving on a monthly basis as we continue to migrate to this new environment.”
