Speaking with Funds Europe, Bruno Bagnouls, Group Head of Sales & Relationship Management, explained what he considers the most prominent technological changes in specialist fund administration and corporate trust services.
According to Bagnouls, “Covid-19 has accelerated the adoption of new technology. The need for trusted, secure, remote services has gone from a ‘nice-to-have’ to a ‘must-have’. We have seen a big drive towards robotics, machine learning and big data analytics in the past year due to the ‘new normal’ shift to everyday life.”
