Alter Domus’ Integrated Global Real Estate Solution (IGRES) is a unique and vertically integrated service offering supported by a cross-border operational model and technology platform. IGRES covers end-to-end administration services from asset level up to the investors, local property companies and real estate debt companies, intermediary special purpose vehicles, commingled open or closed ended funds, separate accounts, joint ventures and club deals.
Data Exchange
Alter Domus’ proprietary Data Exchange allows property managers and third-party data providers to upload financial and non-financial property data. There, managers can translate and manage financial data in multiple file formats from external property managers.
Yardi
